With total planning area of nearly 2,000,000m² and total investment of about 30 billion yuan, Sino Japanese International Healthy Care Precinct is a demonstration benchmarking program of massive healthcare industry which integrates health & medical care, biological research, ecological and cultural tourism and smart caring. The Group will cooperate with Tokushukai Medical Group in building Sino Japanese international hospital, international eldercare center, cancer PET physical examination center, remote medical center, international nursery, serious illness screening center, chronic disease prevention and control center, healthcare industry incubator, etc. The Sino Japanese international hospital will be built into a domestic first-class and international advanced general hospital which stands out in the specialties of tumor and cardiovasology;

(II) Sino Japanese life science health demonstration cluster
The Group will introduce Japanese eldercare brand RIEI, build an international eldercare center with 10,000 beds, and establish Sino Japanese international health preserving hub, anti-aging center, all-age health center, health volunteer service center, etc.;

(III) Beike Biotechnology research industry cluster
The Group will establish Beike intelligent manufacturing bases of Beike Biotechnology stem cell cancer drugs and strategic emerging industry, patent drug and new drug R&D base, Beike cell treatment technology transfer institute, regional cell preparation center of integrated cell bank, cell quality testing center, industrial fund center, biomedicine big data center, bioindustry incubator, etc.;

(IV) Education industry cluster
The Group will found an eldercare academy to train essential talents for all specialties of eldercare industry and provide talents for program construction. Besides, it will also build ancillary facilities for elementary education covering kindergarten, primary school, middle school, etc.;

(V) Headquarter base
The Group will build Sino Japanese International Healthy Care Precinct program headquarter, listed company headquarter base, biomedicine industry chain headquarter base, etc.;

(VI) Folk culture museum cluster
The Group will establish Chinese folk culture museum cluster, art exhibition hall and commodity exhibition hall cluster for “the Belt and Road Initiative” nations, ecological resort cluster and cherry blossom garden - pastoral leisure resort;

The Group will build ancillary facilities including Japanese-style shopping mall, commercial street and international resort;

Sino Japanese International Healthy Care Precinct is a sustainable modern ecological healthcare industry community; a high GDP healthcare research industry; a top talent pool; and also an ecological, efficient and smart community with full set of ancillary facilities.
